Travel

Broadstairs is located on the south east coast – a 2 hour drive from London and also easily accessible by train. The St Pancras fast train gets you from London to Broadstairs in around 76 minutes and the town’s railway station is only a 10 minute walk from the campsite or – in the other direction – the town and the beautiful Viking Bay.

National Express coaches drop off in the High Street – just outside Pierremont Park (CT10 1JX) where our major venue is situated.

Parking is problematic in Broadstairs during the festival so the best thing to do is either arrive by car and then park it and only use it again when you leave – or use public transport. The venues are all within walking distance of each other and the campsite. Please check in advance for roadwork information.

Stagecoach buses run regular services on a loop around the town from the campsite to locations in the town and the seafront, so if mobility is a problem or your legs are aching from too much ceilidh dancing – there is an alternative to walking. There is more information about bus routes at the Stagecoach website

The Stagecoach Bus mobile App has all you need in one place – journey planning, live bus information in real time and mobile bus tickets.

Now it’s even easier to find your nearest bus stop, plan your journey and buy tickets using your phone.

The Stagecoach Bus App is available free on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android).
