Folk Week takes place throughout Broadstairs.
Southeastern Trains run regularly to and from Broadstairs Station which is sited in the heart of the Festival. The train station is in the middle of the town and from there, it is a 20 minute walk to the Folk Week campsite or a 10 minute walk downhill to the seafront. They offer a range of different tickets to save your visitors money including Advance, Groupsave where three to nine adults travelling together can save up to 34% on the price of individual adult tickets and Kids for a Quid where up to 4 kids travel for just £1 each when travelling with an adult on Off-Peak services. Stagecoach runs regular bus services into Broadstairs and the National Express drops off in the High Street.
By Car – Parking in Broadstairs is problematic and unfortunately – very expensive – please consider coming to the festival via public transport, local taxi and / or cycling or walking. There are no car parks specifically for festival-goers, but there are public car parks in the town.
The Festival campsite has a dedicated car park and regular minibuses into town for ticket holders.
