The 60 years Photo Gallery is taking shape, If you have any old photos of the festival, we would love to see them.
We are putting together a gallery of Folk Week Families, so if you have had multiple generations involved in the festival, or if you have a family tradition of attending, please send in your pics and stories to us. office@broadstairsfolkweek.org.uk before the 15th July 2025.
As part of our 60th Anniversary celebrations we are making a stand of bunting to celebrate memories and the fun of Folk Week.
Get Designing – As folk week is celebrating 60 years, try to include this and your favourite things about the festival. We love yellow and black but make it as colourful as you like. Design one flag or a series of flags.
Get Creating – make your bunting flag using fabrics, threads, felt (sew, stick, bond) etc. be sure to fold the top section over and secure it to create the channel to thread your flag(s) onto a ribbon.
Submit your flag(s) to the Broadstairs Folk Week office, Kent Innovation Centre, Millennium Way, Broadstairs, Kent. CT10 2QQ before the 15th July. Be sure to include your name and contact email address.
We look forward to seeing the finished result which will be displayed at one of our Festival Venues.
