Carol Partridge, is one of only a handful of remaining wheat weavers in the country. An experienced teacher who has been making & researching corn dollies for several years, this workshop is suitable for beginners and crafters who like a bit of a challenge. Carol is a member of the Guild of Straw Craftsmen and is a holder of their Craftsman’s Award. She is also a Member of the Basketmakers’ Association and the Heritage Crafts Association where corn dolly making is officially listed as at the risk of extinction!
